Heavy duty frame and hoop assembly in stainless steel or black powder coated finish.		Rugged and sturdy frame will support an accessory roof-rack with a 100 to 150 pound payload.
The fabric is all season, all weather marine grade acrylic fabric with a waterproof PVC backing.		Stitched together seams, weather tight and resistant to water, temperature extremes of hot and cold, fading, rot, mildew and shrinking.
Roll up sides allow complete access to truck bed. Can be driven at highway speeds with sides up or down.		Lightweight and compact. Entire unit weighs less than 70 pounds and can be stored in a closet after simple disassembly.
